All Teaching Artists will have as their primary focus mentoring the Intern or Interns assigned to them, to give them the skills and support needed for them to succeed in their parts of the project.
The Costume Design Mentor will be responsible to work with the Costume Designer Intern to design costumes needed for the play within the limits of a small budget and pending donations. The Mentor will also teach Intern skills needed to construct costumes. This Mentor will also be responsible for helping the intern obtain materials needed for the costumes and their construction, whether by shopping or other means.
This Mentor will also work with the Props Intern to develop a plan to obtain props needed for the play and instruct this Intern on the Prop Master responsibilities.
